In the last year, I have received extensive training and earned the accreditation of being a Certified Executive Coach.

 

What is it? This is an individual or small group program for emerging leaders. Up to 5 people for a small group. 

 

They do not have to be in a management / supervisory role.  It involves setting clear work and career goals, then helping that employee(s) achieve these goals.
